Immediate management team great to work with . Supportive and empowering. International team with various perspectives. Salary on-time. Reasonable work-life balance.

CEO does not trust his team - can see the challenge that this poses to the senior management team who have to manage him and the rest of the company. Exerts a "he-knows-best" attitude to those who report directly to him.
