Absolutely no structure or management of any kind Management cannot adhere to self imposed deadlines for yearly reviews or employment training sessions but expects employees to adhere to stringent deadlines Management will do everything in their power to shift accountability from themselves to other employees regardless of the consequences Company is actively trying to replace employees with software Client openly speaks bad about management Constantly understaffed staffing company Benefits are not good. Hires individuals for Job X when in reality they will be doing Job Y, completely unrelated to a X in every regard
