Pros

Pays well, location central in Cambridge

Cons

- Lack of professionalism - Highly toxic culture, as is described very aptly in some of the other reviews - High turnover of staff - You will do fine if you are willing to forfeit your own opinion and values . If you don't, you will face a coordinated attempt to force you out of the company

Pros

Nothing to add and nothing to say in this section.

Cons

For a company that claims to attract talent, it's very good at pushing it away by bullying people - so not good at retention, which explains the high turnover. So, if you want to do well in your career, be valued, respected and appreciated, and keep your mental health and self-esteem intact, this is not the company for you. Watch out for senior management. They'll chew you up and spit you out - then blame you for the fact that they treated you like trash.
