Just the fabrication activity is allocated dept. Wise. People are hard working compared to their salary scales. If you are fresher, good company to learn fabrication basics.
Cons
Very pathetic HR cooperation. HR seems that employees are their slaves. The management is not competent enough to produce official employee documents on time. Working hours are too long.
