      You will given broad latitude and opportunity as an investor. The team is smart and extremely hard-working. Meritocratic and collaborative environment.

      Cons

      Not yet very well-known as a fund in SF. Some growing pains that come with scaling up.

      Extremely high level of autonomy and ownership, meritocratic work culture, and an ambitious leadership team with a long-term vision of where the firm is heading.

      Cons

      This isn't so much a con of HOF as a feature of VC in general - be prepared to work hard and take on more responsibility. The team is nimble and moves fast.
