Pros
The English Department has improved a lot in the past year or two. The curriculum is much more well-defined. There is a lot of support from the English leaders and the head of English. As a foreigner in Japan, working for a Japanese company can sometimes be challenging, but you can feel reassured that the foreign managers have got your back and support you accordingly. The workload is also not too stressful, and it is a great experience working around real Japanese people and children. The two bonus payments a year really make it worth it and are a great way to save money for your future; each bonus is almost the same as one paycheck! There is also the opportunity to become a permanent seishain employee, which is very rare for foreign workers in Japan. This can help you get a permanent visa or a loan from a bank to buy a house! Overall, I highly recommend working for HOPPA for a good work-life balance.
Cons
I feel like in my personal situation, there are no major negative points to working for HOPPA.
