      Great Place to work!

      Pros

      We work remotely. Salary is good. I get USD salary. Great manager and fun place to work. Our team is dynamic and fun to work with each other. We get US and PHP holidays so 15 days. plus 15 days PTO.

      Cons

      Night shift. we have to work NYC EST time zone. But its ok. but we get good PTO time.

      Great Boss, Great Company, Clients always found time to laugh with our CEO

      Pros

      CEO makes the clients laugh alot on calls. Which make the meeting fun and dynamic and really make it a pleasure to get through some try material. I love that i can be honest and trust to myself with the team. It is definitely a safe space. Especially during Pride Month.

      Cons

      The company is growing and internally we are using smartsheets...I would really love a more sophisicated software like JIVA or Salesforce.

      Remote and a voice in the organization

      Pros

      as a remote company, its hard to be connected to my clients and colleagues. At HR1, we have a great weekly breakout games and fun sharing music and personal experiences that makes me, "Me"! When I need help, I have a whole team to reach out and get support. Sometime customer servicing clients can be a challenge, but i always know i can message a colleague or manager, even my CEO, to help me! My CEO is also a 25 years experienced analyst, and he will always jump on a call with my clients to support me.

      Cons

      remote job can be lonely. so having the game days with the team weekly or monthly really help!
