Good environment, not the most competitive with pay

Business outlook
Pros
The mechanical design engineering team is a young group that is easy to get along with. The work is rewarding, and I get to spend most of my day in solidworks and don't get bogged down by meetings because it is a small company
Cons
Pay isn't the best. Culture between teams isn't always great. Communication between design and machine/build teams is sometimes not well received. The company entirely men other than in the front office there are a few women, could definitely use some diversity.
