      Some good people, meaningful problems to solve, some genuine effort across the team.

      Cons

      The company did not appear well positioned for where the market is heading. Its technology posture felt behind, execution lacked consistency, and leadership did not seem to have a credible path to closing the gap fast enough. In a category being reshaped by AI, automation, and rising customer expectations, that is a serious problem. Too much still seemed dependent on manual effort and organizational strain rather than strong systems, clear product direction, and scalable technology.

      The company is in a good market with opportunity to grow. Some people in the team work very hard and want to do good things. If you can work with change and no clear process, you can take initiative.

      Cons

      Leadership changes decisions too much – The company wastes time and money because leadership does not follow a plan. Many problems in product and services– No clear strategy, too many vendor contracts, and not enough organization. Too much turnover – Many people leave because the company does not give them what they need to do good work. Wasting money on vendors – The company signs bad contracts that do not help. This costs the company a lot of money. Blame culture – Instead of fixing problems, leadership blames people when things go bad.
