Hostile environment of work, really do not recommend. Flexible work hours only if they need you to stay, if you want to end earlier one day, they disapprove. A company that doesn't care about employees, only results matter. If there is something urgent you should be able to work outside of your working schedule, for eg. you should be able to log in at 22:00 PM. Horrible management. I could just go on and on about cons.

Leadership changes decisions too much – The company wastes time and money because leadership does not follow a plan. Many problems in product and services– No clear strategy, too many vendor contracts, and not enough organization. Too much turnover – Many people leave because the company does not give them what they need to do good work. Wasting money on vendors – The company signs bad contracts that do not help. This costs the company a lot of money. Blame culture – Instead of fixing problems, leadership blames people when things go bad.
