      Agile development is at the forefront of company ideals. You have room to make a real difference within the company in any avenue that interests you. It's structured in a way that you can reach out to the CEO and receive direct feedback. The projects I've worked on have been engaging and challenging. The people are all extremely pro-improvement and growth. The list is long and continues far beyond the above...

      Cons

      You'll struggle if you're expecting to be spoon-fed work. Not a con in the grand scheme but if you're looking for a place to just pass the hours and get paid, this isn't going to suit you.
