Where to start… They only seem to hire 18-22 year olds all shipped in from The Prince pub. If you actually want a career in recruitment then avoid this company like the plague. If you’re a girl make sure you’re blonde and attractive and single or they won’t hire you. If you’re guy just make sure you’re 18+. They use an intense interview process where you will do 5-6 in person interviews back to back with different team leads and if you’re successful you will get through to the final boss. If you get through all that, expect to be offered on the same day. They won’t allow any time to deliberate as they explain they have a lot of other people they can offer.
You get paid pennies and don’t expect that to change. Make sure you clarify their commission structure and make sure you understand it before you sign your soul away.
If you’re young, love to drink, do drugs and recite the same banter passed down by the owners to their little minions every day then definitely sign up. If you have your head screwed on, want to make decent money and don’t want to be surrounded by 18 year old chavs then don’t even bother.
Plus they are definitely racist. Was told to not bother speaking to anyone with a Nigerian name, Indian name etc.
