Pros

Fast recruitment process, they target (travellers on work on holiday visa) or vulnerable individuals who are desperate to find work. You don't get much details about what you are going to do until the first day of training when you realise you are going to do door to door sales on commission based on vouchers you buy from them.

Cons

Stay away from this company, very bad experience,so you are self employed as an authorised reseller, so you have to buy voucher from them in order to resell them. All the cost are on you. the job consists on door to door sales You get a training by some of their successful sellers, but you realise that sometime even these successful ones don't sell anything and they are obliged to lie about their performance at the end of the day to keep the motivation high for the people working under them . They use belittling and intimidation tactics to make you feel guilty for not performing up to their unrealistic standards . They also display a fake performance chart that fits their agenda.
