      Pretty much everything, They work you to death without and decent compensation.

      Pros

      1) Good Relationships with other team members. 2) Good Teamwork with co-workers 3) Reasonable Salary but Small Bonus (Salary is not bad) 4) Moderate welfare for employees. 5) Good mind about the work. (Work-Life balance is good)

      Cons

      1) Too conservative for investment. Active investment is needed for the future. 2) Location is not good. (Factory is far from downtown) 3) Need to improve a manufacturing system.
