You won’t find a better place to work!
Pros
Not only are all of the pets the sweetest and silliest you’ll meet, I can’t say enough about Therese and the team. It carried me through a career transition in the best way. It truly is the kindest, most supportive, meaningful, and autonomous work I’ve ever had. This is coming from someone who has previously worked in the humanitarian fields too. Therese is the kind of boss that sees your gifts, and finds a way to put them to use. It’s the kind of place that cares if you get a flat tire and shows up to help you fix it. Happy Paws is full of people who will make you believe that work places can be healthy and fun (no toxicity here!).
Cons
The only con would be pay and benefits. Sometimes the work is unpredictable with periods of busy to slow business. That said, that flow can be nice!
