      - Legacy project - MIA: Development processes - Company's management does not hold a deep regard for engineers as professionals - Unreasonable demands - Unhealthy work-life balance - Leadership team plays full-attack but most of them do not have the time to work, plan, inspire, behave. Self-promotion and personal accolades. - Dear engineers, your skills are in high demand, and there are companies out there that will treat you with the respect and appreciation you deserve. Stay vigilant and make informed decisions about your career choices.

      Toxic environment and management style especially from managers and C-level. Low salaries without possibility for raise. No career path. HR department does nothing to improve things. Firing people culture. Bad work-life balance.

      * culture of firing people when they disagree with the leadership/C-suite * CEO who threatens in all hands with phrases like: The people who brought us here does not mean they will get us to the next step * legacy code inherited without tests and so much coupling that delivering any feature without regressions is a challenge by itself * unpaid extra hours for supporting clients on different timezones
