      Remote working in certain locations Well paid

      Cons

      Management at all levels are invisible Only focus is on utilisation, regardless of the quality of work done Say all the right things about work/life balance, mental health, valuing employees but absolutely no follow through No training, career path, support or recognition unless you are one of the political favorites

      - Really hard working talented friendly workers - Some upper management people who are very personable - Great Work/Life Management - Hard work is rewarded and recognized - Work from home flexibility - Nice varations and changes in work load so it's doesnt feel like you're doing the same work every project

      Can be a bit difficult working from home and feeling a bit isolated.
