Everything about the company is a con.

Working in this environment has been extremely challenging due to a number of ongoing issues. The workplace lacks basic amenities, such as proper heating, making it uncomfortable for staff to perform their duties effectively. Additionally, the management team has consistently demonstrated a BIG lack of honesty and transparency, which has eroded trust among employees. The overall work culture is deeply disappointing, and the lack of care for employee well-being reflects poorly on the business. I would not recommend this organisation as a positive or supportive place to work based on my experience.
