I don't find any reason that good candidate should join this company. It is just waste of time and your skills

All the team mates are good

they will sack you whenever they feel like, they dont have any planning first they hire and then they fire HR takes pride in terminating resources, India Sr Management is not at all bothered of getting business to India but if anything positive happens he will take credit high on ego and micro management
