Cons
Leadership lacked transparency, especially around staffing decisions and long-term planning. There was a noticeable disconnect between management communication and what employees were actually experiencing internally. Workloads and expectations often shifted without much support, creating a stressful environment where employees felt undervalued and replaceable. Morale seemed consistently low, and there was a culture of anxiety around job security rather than collaboration or growth.
