-Excess of work -No work life balance -Very poor management -Too much politics -Not safe for girls(Late night work and no cabs provided) -1 person is hired to do the work of 4 people. -Poor infrastructure -Less space -Poor Products to work upon.

I did not see any pros in the company.

Cons

- You will not learn anything from here. There is not any mentor to guide you, you will have to work by yourself by any means. - The management is very unprofessional and abusive. - They do not have any policy for salary increment and resignation. They can fire you without any notice period and may not pay your remaining dues. (It is about 2 months for me they have not paid to me after multiple calls). - They can even call you at night regularly to fix the issue. - They will not provide the system and you will have to work on your personal laptop. - There is not any perks and benefit other than salary.
