      Remote work and flexible schedule

      Cons

      CEO and leadership are clueless and inept and inexperienced. Lies and dishonesty: it is true the entire therapy team was abruptly fired (horrible treatment of employees and negligent impact on client care). The company is based on favorites of the CEO and that is what determines your career stability/security and if you’re promoted or have access to leadership opportunities.

      Great idea that changed into something that was no longer feasible

      Pros

      Sounded amazing and if they had been able to do it as promised I would have stayed until I retired! Remote work, Colleagues, Pay (at first), supervisor, clients

      Cons

      Restructured compensation to where it wasn't feasible (even with a high number of clients) and someone bought in who wanted to get rid of the therapy department and medication management. Wanted to focus on interventional treatments/clinics only.
