First and foremost, most of these 4 and 5 star reviews on here were strategically placed by management and/admin. As General consensus, no one likes their job so stop trying to even out the rating by placing bogus reviews. Health First you are not fooling anyone. You do not care about your employees. You are a "bully". Unfortunately the monopoly you've created makes you the only game in town for the underdog. Work on getting rid of your poor nursing administration, especially at Viera and HRMC. Listen to the staff. Security at Viera is a joke. We get cursed at, spit at, things thrown at us and they are not allowed to take down a patient or even lay hands on one if a situation were to arrive. Don't feel safe.

Keeping associates who are not performing the basics of the job and terminating people who are effective in their job. No room to improve, just terminate because they don't like what you have to say when they report an infraction, which is what we are told we have to do.
