      Lots of work load, even include handyman work and heavy lifting. hence, lots of "experience"

      Cons

      poor salary, product price is high but lab workers are treated as replaceable pawns with no benefits. no career progression, closed mind senior and micro-managed environment and lack of technical knowledge.

      Cons

      seniors enjoy rejecting everything about the juniors. They may already judge you as the least appropriate person, and would intentionally talk to you to persuade you to quit "VOLUNTARILY" and wipe out your confidence. MOST CLOSED MINDED SENIORS
