      -All the pharmacist there were amazing and great rest teachers - nurses and cmas were very helpful - only Monday though Friday 8-5 -bilingual pay -benefits were Great

      Cons

      - HR was horrible to work with - HR would not keep their word with raises/no raises - turnover rate is at an all time high due to HR and would not listen to manager/employee needs

      Pros

      Not as fast Paced as other jobs. Good working schedule. Providers are nice. Christmas bonuses. You are not on your feet all day long if you are a regular healthcare assistant

      Cons

      If you are a bilingual assistant sometimes the schedule is Spanish speaking patients back to back and you are basically in and out of rooms all day long without a break. Causing delays seeing patients. They don’t give regular raises

      I have some wonderful memories working for HFBG. Wonderful co workers and management. I highly recommend working for them
