      Work from home friday's is a plus

      Cons

      No sense of work-life balance, no sense of team, there is NO diversity, they expect you to travel and work, and say they will pay over time, but disapprove when you work "over hours", there is NO CLEAR COMMUNICATION on any job task, hire managment will YELL at you in an unprofessional manner and so will clients

      It's one hundred percent remote.

      This company has very high turnover. I would not recommend. Can't really use summer Fridays either.

      Pros

      Well-meaning management, some very talented people, office functions tend to be male focused….opening day at Yankee stadium. Augh!

      Cons

      No women in senior management, some frat boy behavior in sr mgmt, nepotism, cruddy office space…one sick person gets everyone sick! Some real jerks in client base
