      Danger Will Robinson -- Many Positive Reviews are paid by HPS

      Pros

      Withing the first 30 days of when I was hired I was asked to write a positive review of HPS -- and provided compensation.. horrible place to work after 90 days. Reviews are biased, mgmt is incapable and incompetent. They make you think the pay is "market" good. However the Medical Insurance costs killed any benefit.

      Cons

      horrible place to work after 90 days. Don't walk away, Run Screaming. IT Management is arcane, incompetent, incoherent, and intentionally misrepresents facts in meetings. The Designs of Systems are in 1980's still. Poor Visualization and Scalibility over all. No Chargebacks for waste and abuse.. Worked almost 750 extra hours - NO OVERTIME AND POOR BONUS SYSTEM, Run Will Robinson -- RUN...

      As the layoffs continue and the outsourcing progresses, it seems painfully apparent that HPS is being hollowed out completely. Once nothing is left but an empty shell, presumably that be folded and HPS will become yet another footnote in the annals of outsourced employment history, a company that apparently fell victim to a friendly merger that turned into a hostile takeover.

      Pros

      I do not have anything at all to say that is positive about this place, other than you get to meet a lot of new people frequently due to the company's extemely high turnover rate.

      Cons

      I have nothing positive to say about this place. Their technology is ridiculously outdated and their leadership/management is horrible. The place is a chaotic mess, and unless you align yourself with the right people and play their political games, you won't get very far.
