Company has no structure and failed at providing reference sheets to use. With it not having structure, a lot of workers felt they could tell others what to do. Pay is not worth the amount of work you do!
you might get hired fast. a few nice people. can sometimes get the schedule you want.

they don't value you, or your effort. don't EVER tell them that you think you might need a little extra help - they'll fire you - before you can blink. and make sure you get the job that you were hired for - THEY WILL DUPE YOU!!
Absolute work mistake was working for this company. They put you through a very confusing map to figure out to help those in crisis. Jessica Smith is the worse manager and nicole newbith is no better. Run away far far away from this place.
