Pros
Good learning environment, supervisors and upper management are very understanding and patient.
Cons
Because a lot of the labor relies on student co-ops/ placement, it can be disorganized at times. Also on this note, because the company relies on co-op students, there is little chance you will be hired if you are not a student (as they cannot get funding for your pay). However, if you are, they are VERY likely to extend your contract.
