      - Smart and humble colleagues - Lunch every day in the office - Uber rides home after 8pm

      Cons

      - Many execs and ICs leave or are pushed out after 6-8 months of tenure, average tenure is 0.8 years (Source: LinkedIn). Take that for what you will. - No onboarding when I joined, things have improved since then - Sink or swim culture, don't see much collaboration happening - High-pressure environment as big players like Anthropic and OpenAI unveil their own product offerings in research and agentic-AI - 5 days a week in the office, no flexibility on this - Pay is mid compared to other players

      I've been so impressed with this company in my first ~six months here. The quality of talent across all teams/functions is incredible. It truly feels like you are working with the smartest and most ambitious people in tech. The work itself is extremely energizing and the complexity provides so much satisfaction to work through.

      Cons

      Standard startup situation, you must do more with less, not a lot of infrastructure in place, which could be seen as too ambiguous for some.
