- I had worked with Height8 for more than a year. I hadn't received any appraisals from this company. The management of this company is very poor. Different employees have different policies in this company. - Company software is very old version WebForm 4.5 if you work in this company and after you go into market you are not getting any job because u have old version work experience currently in the market running latest technologies. - new joiner work in WebForm 4.5 freamwork and not learning new technologies and new things. - I had a very bad experience with this company. - always Misbehave senior manager and project manager also and both are talking roudly in among all employees. -company not giving leave if u apply leave then then project manager giving extra more urgent task and his try to finish otherwise cancel leave. - if u have some work at home and you going home after office hours completion and your task is pending, then project manager will call at 11PM 12PM for task completion - If you apply going home today early, then the project manager says today is not possible, and PM says tomorrow comes morning early. - If you can overtime, then ok; if you are going tomorrow early then the project manager says not possible. - every time company try u can overtime and go home. if company celebrates a festival event, then you can do overtime. - Completely unprofessional. - Management has not given any replay to any mail like leave requests, increments, or any other problems. - company have not leave ma or attendence mangement software u not showoing when u are absence or etc only manage your Task history in excel only. - Heavy work load and any more and more work pressure from the senior person. - Company has not given yearly increment more then 3000 to 4000
