1. Staff discount on beer is good
Cons
1. The owners manage the business and think they know everything. They do not. 2. Hours are terrible and there is no consideration for employee's wellbeing. 3. Poor pay and terrible opportunities for progression. 4. Owners expect you to do extra for free. If you have a skill they will try to exploit your good nature to get you to do things not on the contract for free.

Pros
You get to work on a lot of different exciting projects. There is definitely a lot of variety to your day to day job - things never ever get boring at Heist. A lot of room for career development. The people are really great - motivating, encouraging and inspiring.
Cons
You have to be able to handle pressure very well, deliver exceptionally high quality of work and meet very tight deadlines
