The kids are lovely and they are very well behaved!

Cons

They change the salary whenever they feel like changing it. Usually in a company, you earn more the longer you stay. I have never heard of a company that reduces the salary the more you stay with them.. Definitely look for another company

Pros

Everybody's very kind and professional enough to handle problems. They are mostly on the teacher's side when a problem occurs with parents or kids. The lesson plans are ready so you don't have to do a lot of preparation.

Cons

Low pay is the only con I can think of.
