-Unclear expectations and poor communication from management -Unprofessional and sometimes rude treatment from higher-ups -Jumping around between many different tasks, that was often just busywork -No guidance or mentorship from employees, which I was expecting as an intern -Unrealistic and unfair expectations from interns who are trying to learn (note: we do not have the experience to bear the responsibilities of running a startup) -No company culture

This internship experience was the most toxic I've ever experienced. The turnover for both underpaid employees and interns is extremely high, and many of the interns who signed up for a part-time position are extremely overworked. There have been so many testaments from former interns and workers about this company's toxicity and poor management. It should be taken down from Handshake.
