Flexible roles and good shop level management, but unrealistic expectations from Head Office

Pros
(Experience may vary by location) Generally good management at store level. Generally flexible with part time work (i.e.. Uni etc.) Not overly rigid with job roles allowing for experience in different areas of the shop. Good benefits.
Cons
Unrealistic expectations given allocated staffing budgets for certain shops, little explanation or reasoning passed down from upper management with respect to this. General unwillingness to upgrade facilities (Granted this varies by location and significant CapEx has recently been spent on expansion, however frequent complaints about certain aspects of facilities have not been dealt with for an extended period of time now.)
