28 day roster is great! As soon as you're in, you're part of the crew and your co-workers are great to live with.
Cons
Every time you come back from break there's something that they've removed from the company manual. No more jackets, buy your own uniforms, no more paid medicals, the owners son chucked the coffee machine in the bin?? They found a tax loophole and gave everyone a pay CUT, South African ops managers are blatantly racist and it's embarrassing to be around them.
