If you are a new joiner then be prepared for working overtime without any extra pay nor you would be praised for sitting extra 2 hours. Moreover, if they want to fire an employee for suppose 'n' number of reasons they will not give any notice nor any kind of performance feedback prior making the decision of firing a candidate. You will be asked to keep meeting their expectations daily (i.e, very high). Lastly if this is the case and they finally made the decision to fire you, You will be asked to keep resignation letter upfront without any proper reason of firing.
