Pros
The team around me was great; I really enjoyed everyone I worked with on a day-to-day basis. That's probably why I stayed at the job for so long.
Cons
The owner somehow manages to micromanage and never do anything at the same time. Also the pay is laughably low compared to both cost of living in the area and their competitors.
