Pros
- Open & transparent culture - Very supportive team + it helps working with people who also want to get things done + done well - I feel trusted and valued even when working remotely + flexibly - Usually enough time in the day for deep work (ie not everyday crammed with meetings) - Learning budget
Cons
- Sometimes longer working hours to get things done during busier times, however generally can be balanced out with the remote/flexible working
