Pros
Pay is OK for fresh graduate. Day to day work is manageable. Job stability is very strong, as most of the staff have been working for decades or more. Boss will not micromanage as long as the job/work is done.
Cons
Location is very far (Tuas Link MRT). Long working hours (5.5days), and expected to work beyond job scope. You are expected to do office administrative work, among many other duties beyond job scope (job creep). No opportunities to pick up more knowledge or skills (IT-related) as this is a construction industry. Minimal training/documentation is available, you are expected to learn on the job for most of the work. Sole person in this IT Support job role; have to rely on other colleagues (with many years experience) for help.
