Pros
When it was a private company own by two individuals it was by far the best company I ever represented. The two partners were so customer orientated and they treated there employees with great respect and showed there appreciation in many, many ways.
Cons
When they sold out to another company. Things didn't change much for the next 5 years as one of the partners stayed on and ran the company for that period. When he left and new management came in with in 2 years the company was in a total downward trend close to going out of business due to poor management.
