Pros

AMAZING medical team. Really know their stuff.

Cons

Horrible owner who blows all the money on nonsense that has nothing to do with the company. He lies like a fish swims. Never pays the bills. Demands tons of hours from employees and then fires them the minute the work slows down. Crappy person.

Pros

Great for those interested in learning the field of early phase pharmaceutical trials. The PI is brilliant and has an unquestionable acumen and wealth of knowledge for research. She demands a lot from her staff (and likewise herself) which can be intimidating to the timid.

Cons

High turnover makes teamwork difficult. Honest mistakes no matter how minor are taken to the extreme. Type B personalities are constantly be worried about getting fired. The schedule for clinical staff is dependent upon study enrollment and can vary week to week.
