This firm will run you to the ground and pay you bare minimum. The turn over rate is unheard of. They fire employees at least twice a month. They will pile you with a workload that is impossible to any human, and when you cannot meet there expectations they will belittle you and treat you in an extremely abusive manner. They practice law in an extremely unethical manner and bully their employees. They have been reported to the state bar as well as the better business bureau several times. Do not work for this firm. They will make your life a living hell.

This place is awful. The place is very messy and disorganized, with very minimal resources. They are very cheap and don’t order any additional supplies and instead hoard and use promotional supplies supplied by other law firms. Even binder clips they collect that are sent with paperwork from outside people. They don’t even have a color printer. None of the furniture in the office matches. They treat their employees like they are the bottom of the barrel and make you do unethical things. They also make staff do personal tasks for themselves and their kids. They pay you the bare minimum and getting a raise is not even a thing. They over-bill their clients two folds. The turn over rate is by far unheard of. People just walk out without even giving notice. The office manager doesn’t even work in the office and oversees and monitors the employees through a security camera. If you have any self respect for yourself don’t subject yourself to taking a job here.
