Lots of work except when SLOW. The company can grow big is they don't fall off the rails. Can be ok if you have good manager. Like other shops in town, project assignment is HUGE.
Cons
Some awful people in middle management making toxic workplace. No accountability for toxic leaders. BAD FOR CULTURE!!! Upper management is ok EXCEPT power tripping managers intimidate and bully. BAD FOR BUSINESS!!
The job is decent day-to-day. Most people outside of management are great and easy to work with. If you're on a good team, you can make good friends and work well together.
Cons
Upper management is going to kill this company. They insist on inserting themselves into every issue as what seems like an ego boost. I don't know what they talk about in their management meetings, but it feels like they just come up with new ways to slow things down. It almost feels like they don't want people to perform to their potential so that they have an excuse to underpay you. Zero upward mobility. Fight for a decent salary, stay a couple years, and move on off this sinking ship.
