Pros
Payment on time. Junior and middle level management are generally nice and helpful(mostly) Top boss - Mr. Avinash Kaul, is very approachable and aware.
Cons
Job profile can be changed at any point. No job description is shared to begin with. Company keeps proven bad, nasty and inefficient upper management even if the employees across board feel otherwise. HR people are nice but rather inefficient, as they don't seem to have much power. Notice period rules, subject to change at any point. No clarity for employees on this. General environment, as with most companies is to pass the buck and blame the next best person. Politics at the upper management level leads to a lot of inter-departmental conflict.
