Pros

Pay is decent, got off early on Friday's

Cons

There is no training program at company. Management doesn't have a clue of what employees actually do and don't do. You are pretty much thrown into your job and expected to just pick it up automatically.

Agree with you, training is one of the most strategic functions in a growing business. We have implemented a complete training program and are getting positive results from the process of both weekly team based and one on one training. Our refined process includes empowering our staff and teams through impactful daily meetings along with daily work audits and monthly account reviews. Let’s talk about your specific experiences at HIVE. Email me at adams@hiverevenue or feel free to send more anonymous feedback to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/V82Y5CC.

Pros

Over-time (more forced than chosen) Work remotely Some dmployees

Cons

Too much gossip and violating HIPPA laws. They need sensitivity training because the way employees talk about patients and their medical conditions is horrendous! There are cliques that consists of family ties or favoritism. They say they have standards & procedures, but they never follow through. Certain rules apply to certain people. Not everyone is a team player and work during work hours, which leaves others to pick up the slack. Many employees pick which task they want instead of working as a team There is no proper training and vetting. Saying to "just take notes" is not proper training. Asking questions is encouraged, but when you do, you get attitude and contempt. The previous positive reviews were made by those in the "inner circle" and on company time. Many working here are stressed, overworked, underpaid and not effective in what the company brands itself as. Too many ineffective procedures that cost more time and money. They are concerned more about quantity over quality, which is a huge part of why this is a poor business model and costs more- which does not get client's more revenue.

We opened a dedicated training department running weekly team training session and focused one on one training.
