Pros

your voice is heard and there is a bias for action - good ideas get executed quickly. There is such variety in each day. There is an incredible People-first culture and it is by far the most diverse company I've ever worked at.

Cons

Remote working is amazing for autonomy on work life balance, but "you're on mute" and "you're screen has frozen" isn't as smooth as in-person interactions.

Pros

Great office, perks, walkable location to Santa Monica promenade and beach. Teammates are hardworking and passionate about solving home care

Cons

Most weeks it seems like we start a new project only for it to change two weeks later with brand new objectives. It is hard to stay focused and motivated when leadership is unclear and turnover is high.
