The driving from locations is nice in my opinion.
Cons
Company lies to customers selling mold treatments while the technicians are missing all chemicals needed for over a month. I have proof of inventory spreadsheet showing 0 for a month and the management aware but still chose to schedule jobs. Company refused to buy ppe for safety while there is no health coverage for the first few months. Imagine breathing in a bleach based chemical, scrubbing mold and being told to get 1 respirator and share it. Company asks technicians to cover tolls instead of using a company card and reimbursement later on. Company refuses to have things scheduled out so technicians have full weeks of work instead of only getting 7 hrs a week of work. How hard is it to get a job approval Monday and schedule it for 1 week out. Company expects you to just sit at home and wait for work to come in but won't pay for you being on call. 1 week I got 7 hours of work and was told we work Monday through Friday and expect to work those days, but won't schedule you till the day before the work is expected to be done.
