A place to get experience

Pros

- training at the beginning -they employ you even if you don’t have experience - good communication with team leaders

Cons

- pay rate per hour is really low - they make you work for 8 hours in a row. In this job that is too much - if a client has a complaint about you, they suspend you without hearing your side of the story
