Male dominated leadership is a catastrophe, they could care less about employees and only make decisions that benefit their pockets. Shocking that all of the “Christian values” went right out the window when it came down to the nitty gritty. But management continues to gaslight and lie to employees to prevent anyone from even thinking about jumping ship. So they continue to work us to the bone, training new staff abroad *cough cough* and racking up the companies most profitable quarter, only to begin layoffs a few months later. But rest assured, only one layoff was promised . Three rounds of layoffs later and they outsourced jobs to India. You’re welcome and please respect yourself enough to apply to an honorable company, this one proves you are just a number.
